The Mitchell Instrument MITHD310 is our most popular non-contact voltage detector kit designed to detect the presence of voltage without contact. This proximity testing circuitry si designed for indoor or outdoor use. The universal spline on the hotstick is compatible with all standard hot stick accessories as well as a shotgun adapter for use with clampsticks. The kit includes the detector, two foot hotstick, and carrying bag.

Non Contact High Voltage Detector Features

• Designed to detect presence of high voltage without direct physical contact


• An eight or ten position rotary switch selects detection range; as sensor is moved closer to energized conductor, sensor head picks up radiated electric field; once threshold is reached, buzzer sounds and bright red warning light flashes
